another odd day in court

Sitting in to hear a case today. First man called up the judge asked what he was charged with. He said he had beaten his wife with a hammer. An obviously distraught man stood up and yelled out "You're nothing but a low lifed rat!!!" Judge had him sit down. Judge then asked if there were any other charges. He said " well, I also beat my son with a hammer." The man in the back jumped up and said " You are nothing but a low down rat!!!" Judge asked for order and then asked the man if he was related. Nope was the reply I'm just a neighbor. Judge remarked that he could understand how the guy could feel about having a violent neighbor but he needed to quiet down. The man said " No it's not like that at all. It's just that twice in the last 6 months I asked to borrow a hammer and he always told me he didn't have one!!!!!
