    Big 3 pound flank steak. Coated in Evoo, rubbed in Messican spices and lime juice, then rested for 2 hours. Cranked the egg up to 750-800 degrees and cooked for 4 minutes a side til med rare. Man it Sho was fine Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1430610186.883002.jpg Views: 318 Size: 47.0 KB
