How true do the arkies run?
Biggest crappie to date is 3 lb 9 oz at grenada in 1988. Still hangs on my wall.

Planning on pulling cranks this summer if I can get the new trolling motor by then. I'll be in the market for more cranks.

Those are some nice fish Mike. A couple of days before our Geezer Camp at Okatibbee I caught a good mess in 4 to 6 ft of water spider rigging jigs. The spawn is over but our crappie haven't started their migration to deeper water. So we decided to push and pull the small Crappie Hots by Arkie. On the first day we kept 25 crappie and never did get hung and loose a bait. We used the new 350 Series cranks on in deeper water and they did great too. In another month or so the fish will be in 10 to 12 ft of water and the 350s will really pay off.
