    Default Smoking Butt


    Fired up the ole smoker about 5:30 this AM. with 3 Boston Butts destined for Crappie.Com. camp this weekend.Gonna smoke them in the Brinkman and finish them on the Master Bilt.Hope the rain holds off for at least 4 hrs while I get the smoke in them.I'll post the finished product later today!Hope somebody has hung a 3lber this morning.

    It's one of the old ones and made of real heavy metal.I need to cut some new boards for the front. Like to have never got it off my patio and across that sloppy back yard to the carport in case it rains.Prolly out live me!

    Dang....Saw that title and thought you was talkin bout one of my old college girlfriends, but I should have known ..with these guys.. it was about FOOD!!! In my older years, that looks better!!!

    Bout 4 1/2 hrs. of smoking. Gonna transfer them to the Master Bilt shortly.When that bone pulls clean they will be done!
