Grenada water temp

Left my boat at the great new ramp at Grenada while I worked on my trailer. When I got thru ran back to Choctaw and checked the water temp-51degrees. Didn't fish, just marked some spots while the waters still down, 206.44. Water still very muddy and had tons of trash. At 51 degrees a little higher and it wont matter.

Bet it won't be 51 after tomorrow. With the ran an temps were going to have my money will be on it dropping. Should come back up next week though.

Goodtime reported 39 Saturday and it bounced back pretty quick. Three or four good days after this spell and it could be on. BTW a friend got 40 in the river run today and kept 20 nice eaters.

how many days in a row does the temp need to stay to affect the water temp....for instance, next week mondays high is 59 tuesday 63 wednesday 67 thursday 67 friday63......will these temps make fish start moving shallower maybe towards the end of the week? I have wed,thur, sat next week to fish and wondering about the depth they will be moving to...

If the water temp holds at night, that's the real deciding factor. When the water stays 60 degrees at night, on the third day after that you better be near the bank.
