I mounted an aerator inside a compartment on a fused circuit to the battery with a toggle switch. Run a hose to my Engle. Keeps lots of minnows and is quite.

Lots more of guys do like Rockmike said and put a 12v pump in a compartment somewhere on their boats and run an air hose to the front for the bait boxes or coolers. You can do the same thing with an oxygen setup and it's quiet regardless of where you put the bottle. You can actually strap it to the deck. NO noise at all with oxygen.Quote:
