exactly, most folks roast a prime rib in the oven. Like a standing rib roast like you see in holiday pics. Then slice and serve. Ribeye's are normally grilled hot and fast. The way they are cooked gives the meat different flavor sand texture. I like my prime rib roasted then sliced and grilled with a crawfish sauce on top.
Feesh, have you ever tried frying crawfish tails? They are easy and awesome. We used to do a Cajun Rib Eye, topped with fried crawtails and a horseradish cream sauce. By far my favorite way to eat crawfish.

Sauce is inside the steak... That's why any good steak is prepared medium rare. Just let a little of that "red sauce" puddle in the middle of your plate and sop it up with a good piece of crusty garlic bread! Yumm!
