    Default Got lucky this Christmas

My granddaughter was walking around sporting good in WM this past week when BJ, sporting goods manager, said we got in some 22 ammo, better get in line if you want some. She called her husband to make sure of the caliber I would want and bought me 3 100 rd boxes of CCI mini mag 22lr for my present, 3 box limit. When she walked in the door at daughters for our get to gether she was hopping up and down, "Papaw Papaw you are going to be so excited when you see what I bought you". Later she said "I didn't know 22 ammo was so hard to find". Very happy and Blessed Papaw. Great Christmas family gathering.

You're lucky Steve. I only got a set of hen's teeth. They said at the store the 22lr were harder to come by.

Interesting, it has gotten fairly easy to get here now. Still a limit but you can get a 375 round box each day if you want to.

My sister-n-law ask me the other day if I was still collecting shells. I told her I was and she didn't say anymore. Go figure. Some people just don't realize the need to be prepared.

Getting 22lr up here in Wisconsin is really tough.
