    My version of Squirrel Dumplins. ,Boiled down and picked the meat off 6 tree rats and made home made biscuit style dumplins. YUMMMM

    I need to get the dumplins a little lighter next time but it sho was good. Bet I spent 3 hours doing all the prep work though. Boiling and picking the meat off the squirrels is a pain and you only get 1/2 a cup or so off each one

    She ate all the skin I picked off Scott. LOL Took he out Saturday and she made 6 trees. We killed 2 and shot at 3 more.
