anybody got anchor mates mounted on their boat and do they pull up a winch fairly easy? I am thinking about purchasing a set as I anchor down often and getting tired of pulling up on the rope by hand....just curious how well these work

im trying to buy those listed in classifieds but havent gotten a response yet.....hey coach where did you get that battery tray that mounted up front of your boat?
Ms. marine in tupelo . they went out of business but any marine place has them . Get the largest made, then any battery will fit . that one is trolling motor only . there is another one in the back .
where is our nearest marine dealer around here coach? i havent found one since miss marine shut down
You can get battery trays all sizes at any NAPA auto parts store. The nearest Marine or boat dealer is Midway Marine old hwy 78 at Peppertown ( thats about 10 miles east of Tupelo )

Eagle, I just sold the ones in the classifies to him, but wanted to address your question. Mine came off of a War Eagle 1648 LDV model. On the front, I had two of the trolling motor plates and my anchormate was mounted on the side you have your trolling motor in the picture. I will look and see if I have an old pic to send you but it was basically mounted with the cable guide up front and the crank mounted flat, straight behind it. So I think with some work it will work on yours if you decide to go that route. I actually have an extra trolling motor mount but not sure if your boat is the same size as mine. If interested shoot me a PM and we can see what might work out.
