Yep. That's the difference in oxbows and these lakes. When the wind blows on these lakes u honestly can't fish anywhere. Although today was soo bad with rain I had to run my bilge pump, I will take that over high winds any day.

Hard to compete with mother nature she has the upper hand for sure

We got hung up early yesterday before the rain... By the time I got us free we had 3 bilge pumps running... The waves were crashing 2' onto back deck

Also Chaney got big fish, 2.5 something lbs

Tied I think with a 2.56
