It's going to be a raised slab. Block it up backfill with dirt, put in plumbing, And then pour the slab

Do a good termite pre treat. And then follow up treatment after house is built and get a contract on it.

They were supposed to pretreat the footings today G

Good deal.....treat the fill dirt too before you pour the slab. I was in the pest control business my second career.
