these turn out good. Was gonna have breakfast for supper only to find that the hen didn't lay no eggs and we were out!! Well looking through the fridge we realized we had a can of cresent rolls that needed to be used. rolled out half of em and thaw a link of Jeromes Smoke Deer Sausage, crumbled it up and spread it over the first layer of the rolls. Added some cheese and then rolled the rest over the top of them, bout time to test it out.

this afternoon I decided to put this on and see ifn it was a fluke the way the last one turned out, gonna wrap it around 10 and turn it off for the night, already up around 150 and yall say it needs to rest, we will see.

Naw, its a big butt, I'm liking this butt rubbin stuff!!!!
The stuffed cresent rolls turned out great, gonna have to set an alarm to check on the smoker!!

Would not have to set a alarm if you had a electronic meat thermometer with a remote. that beeps and flashes when your internal temp has been reached. I got mine at wally world for around 15 bucks. I just sit in the house where its cool and wait for the beep.

Looking at em Feesh!! Well you guys were rite, wrapped it last night when it got to 180 or so and let it cook another hour and just turned it off. Got up this morning and got it out, still warm and very good, know what's for supper!!!!!!
