Gomer, if you haven't tried it already, soak them in 50/50 vinegar and water overnight before you put them on the smoker. It takes that possum tang out of them 100%.Quote:

Looks like some fall camp goodies to me.
Jalapeņo halves stuffed with mixture of cream cheese and cheddar seasoned with rub then wrapped with sausage. Can be wrapped in bacon but I am cheap today.
