    man they were good,first time using my new masterbuilt smoker.Used the 3-2-1 method like G posted on here and they turned out great.

    My personal fav. I buy spares and cut them down to Kansas City. Save the back flap of meat and gthe bones i cut off for soup

    That back flap of meat is the skirt steak - the real fajita. I would assume you only grill those.

    Nope, it em in 1" cubes n chunk them in a soup til they fall apart. My favorite soup I make. Kinda a southwestern pork stew. I'll save. 3-4 of them before I make the soup so it's reL meaty
