Default Question for Vonna or anyone that can give me some advice on mounting

rod holders in the fiberglass boat, the boat has one at front and one at back, but I would like to have it where I can move rod holder from side to side. also may wind up changing out to hi-tek since one of my holders made it through. I want to maybe mount my rod transport holders (EZ model) on boat also. I may get me some of the rod holders Gene (EZ) sells instead of the Hi-teks. Last but no least, any pointers you guys & gals can give me about fiberglass boat would be greatly appreciated since I have never owned anything but Tin

just go fishing man, if the 690 has a keel guard on it just pull back up on the ramp getting in and out. Loading may be a little different but not much, just ask him when you test drive where has been the best place for the trailer to be when loading, backing all the way in and getting the bunks wet helps and then just pull out to where you want it for loading.
Creekslick, Vonna and Paul, and Bo and Brad all fish out of those rigs and I am sure will help on any insight. If you haven't used any of the SpiderLoks Gene sells you need to before buying any holders, I really like em but they may not be for you, bet they will be tho.
Have fun man and be safe going to get her!!!!

I don't see how you are standing it, I would be hard to live with till time to leave heading that way. Another thing too, you wont be drilling into plastic, glass is in a whole different world than plastic or tin. Drill pilot holes where you don't crack the finish, reinforce underneath where you can and use bolts and buts instead of sheet metal types screws whenever you can.
