Shoulders hurts like hades

Headed to the doctor in the AM to get this shoulder checked out. Then I'm going spyder riggin till dark. Been fighting this ache for three months now. Pretty sure from what I'm reading its a rotator cuff problem. Mannnnn if you forget about it and snatch something it will take you to your knees. We will see how this doc visit turns out.

A few years back mine was killing me. Went to a specialist. He put me in a MRI. I stayed in there 9 of 45 minutes. It will take 3 large Dallas Cowboys linemen to put me back in one. After a few more months I got over the pain. I still can't throw anything overhanded but that's ok. I will not go back into one headfirst.

I've had my right rotator cuff operated on 4 times. I doubt there is any cuff left. Surgery is bad but the rehab is worse. If you have to get it cut on, do EVERYTHING the Physical Therapist says to do. I had to give up casting and some other activities. Throwing anything is a struggle.

Best of luck with it. If you have to get it worked on, go to a doctor who specializes in shoulders. No sense letting a doc who might work on one a month do it when there are those who do several per day.

Hope its nothing major, my mother in law had rotator cuff surgery last year and it aint no fun from what I witnessed her go through.

I'm having the same problem Bama. My shoulders have been aching for several months now. It SHO hurts when you forget it for a second a make the wrong move.
