I had some last night as well !! It is that time of year !! You should try frying some that are just turning pink it is a totally different taste....Very good !!

I did last week and they were good. I had bought them green and set them on the counter and forgot about them for a couple of days. They were turning pink before I sliced and fried them.Quote:
