My neighbor at the campground wanted to go fishing with me so all he brought was a small cooler full of beer, who would have gotten the ticket him or me or both?????

Driver of the boat can't drink. Got checked Saturday at Sardis. I was having a beer when they came up. Said one sober person per boat. I wasn't driving so no harm no foul. Keep a garbage bad for trash

Depends on who checks ya really. If COE most likely owner of boat will get ticket. If game and fish, it would prob be overlooked. Like I said, it depends on who is checking. Alcohol is not allowed on any of the corp lakes.

Such is life in the fast lane. Worked with a fellow that had owned a marina in South Louisiana. Didn't care for Acohol on boats. Said over the years he had helped pull several bodies out of the water all acohol related. So I suppose the COE has their reasons.
