    Default Butla Ramp Warning

Went down Saturday. Launched at Bayou Point. Found this in middle of ramp. Guess one of our good ole boys decided he didnt want people launching at his ramp. Talked to a fellow launching at the same time i was and he said he had hit it last week when it was inder water. If rangers didnt get it moved it is under a couple of feet of water right now. Just west of center of ramp. Name: phone pictures 166.jpg

Also we had at least 6 unts parked in 2 spaces at the same time. about 8 cars parked in trailer parking. Ranger was there having a hayday writing tickets. at least 2 of the ones taking 2 places also didnt have parking passes. Then as i am going down to my boat i stop and speak to one of the locals who stopped at top of ramp. He was quite put out that so many people were using HIS ramp.

Poor folks with no parking brake and use it to chock tires. When they back down on the ramp and start loading their gear into the boat.

I promise you no one carried that one down to scotch their wheels. Tried to move it and couldn't.
