Blue, I think i have it figured out..........the formula they have been using is tricky....you have to actually add the numbers (weather algebra). example:

5-10 = 15mph winds
10-15 = 25 mph winds
light and variable = variable speeds....from 5 to 30 mph

It sux blue, I think I have fished 2 days since FJ at Washington that the wind didnt blow, one of them was the Friday we all fished Grenada before camp
