Mine have been on for four years and still look fine, keep boat in garage
Mine wee since 97 and still looked like new,,,, never trailer her anywhere,,, I just blew one out and found out they were dry rotted on the inside..... so change them out if they are getting old,,,I bought some of the maxxis tires on the Online tires store,,,, only $77 ech....
every 5 yrs. no matter how good they look . one blow out in 99 degree weather on a Saturday afternoon taught me this .:dono
Tires absorb moisture.....so if they are not run every couple days to build up heat and get rid of the moisture they rot. Its recommended that trailer tires be replaced every 4 years no matter how much tread is left or how good they look. Always replace with trailer tires too and not car tires ( there is a difference). Radial trailer tires are recommended also.

also, watch your speed.......usually not safe over 65 mph......manufacturer recommendations.....
thanks for the replies, guys!
I went through a couple sets in less than a yr. finally started talking with mechanic and he told me I needed a heavier duty tire for size of the boat. I had no idea. I think he called it ply. Anyway, ask them what ply u need before they just put the same tires back on. The more u pay the more u get out of it. Kinda like anything else I guess.
