    Default American Angler Pro

Some may recall that I have used the Black and Decker electric knives for many years without any problems. Last week I had a delima. I had several large Sardis crappie and no knives at all. What to do? Went to Wally World to get a Mister Twister. All they had was the new American Angler Pro series. Bought one. Came back and filleted my fish. Wasn't crazy about the results and was about to take it back but I didn't. Today I filleted 30 big Sardis crappie with it. Used the long blade. What a difference! Did all 30 fish without stopping. To my surprise the knife didn't get hot. Barely warm. Guess I am a convert now. Am very impressed with the knife with the shark blade.

JF, a guy jus can't catch a break round here. So for me personally, I'm jus tickled to death you found a knife you like. When is the Pampered Chef/American Angler party????? If you'll tell me that you got the punch covered, I'll see if I can have some Danish catered.

Masked bragging. He wasn't really posting about the knife but instead hidden was the 30 sardis crappie comment. Very observant of BRM. LOL
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
