An old man came into the local jewelry store with a young beauty on his arm. He told my jeweler friend that he was looking for a nice ring for the sweetie. Jeweller said " here's a nice one for only 5000 dollars."

The old man said he was looking for something nicer. The salesman said well here's one for 20 grand. " Not nice enough. "
Well here's one for 70 thousand said the clerk.
Old man says " I will take it. I will write you a check and come back Monday after it clears and pick it up then.

Monday comes and the man returns. Clerk says " I'll have you know there isn't any money in this account!"

Old man said " Yes. I know. But thanks for a wonderful weekend!!!"
