    425 for 15 minutes then turn on broil till the tops start to brown. The recipe is in the recipe thread. On these I added creole seasoning before I drizzled them with olive oil.

    No parmesan on these. I put the recipe on the recipe thread on 4-29-2012. Baked Crappie. If you don't have the Southern Star Fish Fry Seasoning then creole seasoning will work.
