So how do you make creamed spinach..looks really good!

I bought mine frozen and nuked it in the microwave. It was a last minute kinda deal. I may try and make it from scratch next time, but it's gonna have to be good to beat this pre-made stuff.

I've got a little meat market about 30 minutes up the highway from me that sells 8oz ribeys for 2.99 a piece, I usualy buy 8 at a time when I go and it comes out to a little over $25. Might have to make a run this weekend after seeing this post.
