Got on mine and they screamed get off I'm over loaded..
I think in all I have lost 23 lbs within the last 6 months. 3 rounds of steroids for my back last year put 30 lbs on me and turned me into a Diabetic. Sure is harder to get off then put on. Best of luck and hope your down to 200 in no time. now If I can get back to 185... or 224 or 250..
