i have to go chest deep :)
and i use a wet suit instead of waders :)

I have 4 fly rods in the 9 and 10 foot sizes. I love to get into some bream and crappie with them. We'll be headed to Mammoth Springs as soon as it gets cold. Cut shad is great bait during the winter months.

That one is atleast 50 yrs. Old and the spring is better than those built today .

Don't have a picture but got one of those lay flat Shakespere auto reels. Was given to my grandfather on his retirement when I was 4. He gave it to me when I was 6. Think that one would be around 61 years old. Still works like brand new despite all the abuse I put it thru as a kid. I just release tension when finished using it.

Wow, i knew it was old but would not have guessed it was 50. I haven't thought about releasing the tension on the spring. Glad you mentioned that Cray.
