    Cat brisket and gopher tendons !! Umm good!!!
    Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.

    Well, whatever it was it was delious . Seen a lot of food tv folks eating Pho (FAH) and they all raved about it. First bite was ok but then I added a squeeze of line, some cilantro, beam sprouts, basil and saricha (a lot) and it made all the difference. Not something I'll eat all the time but it was very good and I can check it off my bucket list of things I want to try. BBQ is on the menu tonight!!

    Actually that does look good, I'd try it. If I were in the area, I wound hunt down Mexican restaurants off the beaten path, not the city folks favorites. The ones where a red sauce is not tomato based but chili based - the red is from the chili, not tomato. Go in there and tell them what you want, no need for the menu. Then, hunt down the BBQ. That's what I do when I go back to my home state.
