    Looks good, but I know you meant to put this on off topic. It's on the main ms forum. Where are you? the reflection from the sign is so bright in the pic I can't read it.

    I did ask for burnt ends and got the cap end. Close to the same thing but burnt ends you reseason and smoke for a couple more hours.

    What you had looks good, better than most and looks real moist. Most BBQ briskets from Texas I have seen are dry and burnt up looking.
