    Nope it was layin in the ditch rite down the road close to the hospital! Someone did tho there was some debris on the side of the road. THey must be getting frisky because he wasn't there at lunchtime but was there at 3 30 which means he was trying to cross in broad daylight with all that traffic on that highway.

    That looks about like one I've seen running around. It may be the same one, cause thats probably less than a mile from the house.
