Was told that next yr. . deer hunting the 2nd and 3rd primitive season it was hunters choice(1 St. stays as is ) on gun used . today I was told it is choice on caliber but still has to be a single shot breakdown with an exposed hammer . I know this is on private land only as well . thing is I would like to buy a bolt gun if he could use it the entire season after first primitive season . Santa not bringing " TWO" guns ! Did not put this in hunting forum due to all states will vary, most likely . Anybody know ?

That won't do much good, when it comes out in black and white we will know. Somewhere there is what the new law is but not sure what twist they will put on it. Weapon of choice is the way it read but who knows.
