I fished the spillway a couple of times last week early and late. It looked like the picture posted today (nobody fishing). If somebody caught a limit every day, I guarantee there would be a lot of folks there because the spillway regulars get the word out pretty quick.

Crappie1 and his wife from Michigan are camping there and he said one of his campround neighbors was catching them

Just went back and looked....my bad, not a limit everyday but a half dozen every morning and evening

Neighbor is actually a local, and a really good spillway fisherman. He did catch fish last week, but nowhere near "a limit every day". I fished with him yesterday morning and we caught 4 fish between us.

My neighbor here at camp is Andy. He caught 2 fish the last 2 days. He fishes the spillway a lot.
