    That was an interesting story, I had never heard of that storm. Did you notice the sponsor at the bottom on the article?

    Good read. Had never heard of that storm before. Yep Maj, the been advertising their TV station on a couple of channels I watch.

    There are quite a few stories out there about this storm, all of which are well worth the read. Didn't see the ad y'all was talkin bout tho

    I mentioned that story last week in the duck blind. I can't remember which magazine it was, either Outdoor Life or Field and Stream, did a story on that 25-30 years called "The Day the Duck Hunters Died". Made an impression on me back then not to push it when the weather is nasty like that, and the older I get the more heedful I am to that story. You think back on some of the things you did when you were young and dumb just to shoot a duck...not anymore.
