Good luck, and hope you hear some good news soon....
Well, the deal is dead. Evidently it has been sold out from under us. Dude hasn't given us the courtesy of a phone call even though he assured me that I would hear from him by 3:00 this afternoon. Of course this is after we were supposed to hear from him by 12:30, also. If we were to hear from him at this point, I'd have to tell him to have aeronautical intercourse with a rolling pastry. It's aggravating, but I'm sure there's another one out there even better than this one.
