Default Well, I am about to start what DonDon did a few months back

we just signed a contract on new house in town I have lived out in the "Pee of my back porch" country almost all my life and at this place I am now at for 35 years. New place has a big back yard with privacy fence, nice large new deck on back but no shop Well the good about not having the shop is that I will be getting one built like I want with my design I have a place to store my boat but its not enclosed at this time but I will enclose it in spring. Question is this, since my boat will not be completely inside but will be under a roof so to say, what are the suggestions yall would make to keep the boat accessible but still pretty much protected ? don't have a power source there, so looks like a long ext cord will come in to play for may on board charger. You know, I had heard over and over again that a Grand child would change your life and now I believe it LOL will be now a mile from Grand son versus 6 miles or so, and guess what MAWMAW WILL BE HAPPY and that will make pawpaw happy too . I will be a little closer to fishing areas and just a tad further from Mill Creek but now at least I wont have to drive in to town to get drinks, gas or whatever before I head out to the lake. Gonna be a change for this country boy for sure.

Congrats Larry. Get a good boat cover. Figure out how much room you'll need for a shop and triple it. Good luck.

Thanks Speck, just wandering how hard it will be to get one to fit the F&F boat. Maybe Handi can give me some advice on that

Congrats man. You gonna love it. Enclose it and put a roof over it. May cost abit more but it'll be worth it. Putting a cover on the boat every time you use it is a pain in the Handi. I always find a reason to not do it

A GOOD cover will do the trick till you can get your shop built , mine stays under a cover 99% of the time. Just part of putting it away when I get in.
