rangers at Sardis are a pain in the sunshine. In the campground anyway. It's awful.

Just thought I would mention that the HCC NCAA Crappie Tourney will be on Grenada Lake Friday, March 28. It would be a fun way to support the local community college, and win bragging rights for your school if you wanted to fish the Open Alumni division. If Grenada is selected as the location for camp, that is.

This past week while camping at Kyle sp campground one of the sites developed a water leak at the pvc below ground. The ranger came in and shut the water off, came by to see what he might need and left. My plumber son-in-law and I had it fixed before he showed back up with supplies. Total time of water shut off was 1 hour and 47 minutes.
We didn't get a cut on our rates, no free camping card or a thank you. When my son showed up he had to pay extra for doubling on a site.
