Retirement Property for Football Players

I just bought a great piece of property in Arkansas that I was thinking of developing for retired NFL or X College football players. It overlooks Beautiful Bull Shoals Lake, and should be a Great Spot to get away from the rigors of the game. After all, Arkansas is As Far Away From Football as you can get!!!!!!! :-)

Really!!! I can't believe that the SEC still pretends that they are anything other than a multi-million dollar corporation. They are NOT in the business of preparing young men for the workforce, they are nothing but a training ground for the NFL. So many of the "top" athletes at each of these schools have no business being in college, and was it not for football, they would not be in college. They are not there to get a degree, and have no desire to get an education in anything except football. I am not making a blanket statement about all college football players, or even all football programs, but I DO believe this is the case for all SEC programs and coaching staffs. Money and victories come first, education, personal responsibility, integrity, and spirituality take a back seat....... I still watch and root for my team, but I know what I am watching, and I find it silly when the administration pretends that it is something else so the boosters will continue to pony up the big bucks.....
