i assume the red areas are still good for ms lic holders..

kinda want to fish yellow creek myself. i wonder if it is quicker to travel the river to the mouth of yellow or drive over and launch at scruggs creek...

We're thinking of driving to the state line boat ramp, above Goat Island. That way we can get minnows at the bait shop on the way.

Keep in mind from the mouth of Yellow Creek to Scruggs or vice versa is another 4 miles at least , YC is a pretty good size area.
