    I did one last week that was great. I got my coals in the hot box and the fillet in the middle of the smoker. Gonna leave it there for a while and then put it over the coals for a couple minutes to finish off. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1381280717.660012.jpg Views: 258 Size: 50.2 KB

    Those grinnel filets sure are tasty.
    Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
