Crechales Restaurant

Hey guys.....I see where Crechales is/has moved to Flowood.....when I lived in Jackson, this was a favorite for my family......I am going to come up (from Baton Rouge) and take my sister (81) there as it is her favorite place.....she lives in Byrum now.......I can't seem to find the new location in Flowood and Creshales is closed today (not answering phone)....

I figure with all the food pictures I see on the Miss. forum someone surely knows whats up.....

any help appreciated....or....if you have a better suggestion, let me know.....

The food went downhill a few years ago BIGTIME. I always loved the softshell crab poboys but they were greasy and a bad taste last time I went. Go to the Crabshak in Ridgeland. Real good food

Conflicting stories about weather or not they have moved. I agree with Don that Crab's Seafood Shack in Ridgeland, has excellent food. I eat there about once a week.

As Paul Harvey would say....here is the rest of the story........drove up to Byrum Thursday (10/3) to see my sister....I didn't tell her what you guys said..... she wanted to go there (old memories)......they have not moved to Flowood....still on Hwy. 80....you guys were right.....food not good even if half the price....last time for me.....thanks....

Thanks for the report. I had a dear friend that was a worked there so we'd go about once a month and MAN the food was good.
