    Default Panko Coated Crappie

For anyone concerned with eating a little healthier than frying. Coated in a little flower, dip in a egg/milk mix, then coat with Panko. Season every how you like. I baked in oven 375 on a wire rack in a pan. That way all sides got crisp. Actually pretty crispy and very good. I figure I can eat twice as much baked!

Those are very good done that way, also healthy. Try putting some grated Parmesan cheese on your next batch, just before taking it out of the oven.

    Thanks
The flowers that are blooming now aren't as sweet as the springtime ones.
