Stuffed boneless pork chops.they stuffed with garlic, spinach, mushrooms, Dijon mustard. Then seared in butter and olive oil, and smothered with mushroom soup, the remaining stuffing mixture, roasted vidalia onion, and garlic. Now it's in the oven to bake

Thanks, but it ain't nothing fancy. I picked the chops up yesterday, a 5 pack for $6.35. The brown rice and peas were leftovers from the weekend. We started everything at about 6:45 and its now 8:40 and everything's finished,cleaned and put away.
