Yeah, Feelay is right. Try the same breading and fry in a tablespoon or so of high quality olive oil added to a good shallow nonstick skillet. Very tasty and ALMOST as health as baked.

right beside panko is corn flakes brand crumbs,,,, da good too !! wife wont eat em fried but dang sure tear up some oven breaded,,, and makes fish taco's out of em :dono

Love me some fish tacos! Put a little homemade salsa on them and they are fine.
