What style are you looking for? I had some clear plastic ones from walmart years ago. They had magnets to hang onto the register. They were ok, cheap. Would direct air up or down.
I entered air diffuser at home depot and this is what I got.

Keep in mind larger air stones require a LOT of power to push air through them. Your best bet is the standard sized blue or green airstone found at Wal Mart.

This is the kind I use, I have the aerator with two lines and I have them both ran into one then into this stone, it really puts the bubbles out.

Ok, first time I've heard of an air stone called a diffuser.
