If the level is 198 or lower, you can launch at Grenada Landing but won't be able to get out the chan unless your in a jon boat, and then you will run aground trying to get out to the lake. I suppose they will cancel or move the CM tournament. Won't have any choice but to.
We went in and out pretty easy at 195 last winter, Crappie Masters is Sept 27th and 28th, lake wont be below 200 I dont imagine.
I'm no hydrologist, but I put a straight edge on the rule curve graph and came up with 204' for MCC and 202' for Crappie Maaters.
When MCC last fished it on 03/23/2013 it was at 204.20', so it should look familiar to many.
Pretty much dead on ATM
I bet it won't come down as fast as you think, ATM. A straight edge assumes that it will continue to fall at the same rate that it is falling at right now for the entire time. Been a week or two since Grenada got any appreciable rain, and I expect several good rains between now and November will put some "bumps" in your straight line. Still, they are gonna get it down faster than usual.
