Wife and I have been talking bout selling our house for a year or so and get something a little bigger. I figured we'd put it up for sale on the high end just to try and tune down the "talk".....well gotta contract on the first day for full asking price. They called my dadgum bluff. I'm right there with ya...appraisal should be back on it this week and I got a contract on a another one. If appraisal comes back ok, we will be moving in 2 weeks to the new house. Good luck DD.
