Already got a Hot Tub. Just got to get a deck built for it and get it moved over. We won;t heat the pool often. Just every once in a while. From what I hear, it costs about 12-15 bucks a day to heat. Fun begins now. The previous owner did zero yard work this summer so it's grown up. Then we have to paint all the bedrooms, don't like the colors and there's nail holes everywhere. We have 6 months to sell our house. No note on the bridge loan for 6 months
No feshing for you, same for the fall as it was this past spring just different location.
Glad it came together for ya.
nah, no rush on this one. Boat goes kin the shop next week to. I OWE my banker a couple feshing trips
outstanding, congrats to the two of you
Feeshrman, I had the same thing happen to me a few years ago. I build a 4 acre lake on some property I owned. I worked for three years stocking and managing the lake for prime fishing. I fed the fish every evening. One evening, I was down there weed whacking around the levy when a old white beat up minivan pulls up on MY property and a dude with 4 boys jump out and run down to the lake and start fishing. I asked them "What the H*** do you think you're doing?" The dad said we're going fishing. I proceeded to tell them that they were trespassing, this lake and the fish in it are private property. He said he didn't know anyone owned that land. About a year later, I'll be danged if I didn't go down to feed my fish again and they were fishing. I wasn't so polite that time. Turned out the dude was a preacher. It didn't stop me from pressing trespassing charges the second time.
Oughta be able to keep 10 pounds of minners in there.
Your gonna be too busy to fish or swim untill you sell the other house.....you have two houses to keep clean and two yards to keep up now. Good luck with that.
Not to bad. Cut the grass every weekend and then the stuff at the new house. No rush on it though. Take it one room at a time
sweet congrats to you both
