My son lives in Huntsville and fishes guntersville and wheeler lake often. It's only a matter of time till the Asian carp make their way up the tenn river. Nothing for a fish to get through a lock.the dams are saving our reservoirs. Hopefully the igit in the helo didn't get any into butta.

Some gewber wont drain the boat or will throw one in the upper sooner or later.
" "PLEASE do not move live bait fish from the spillway or Lower Lake to the upper lake!!! Small Asian carp are easily mistaken for shad." "
I wonder when that will be a new rule in the MDWFP book?
I saw what looked like an Asian Carp jump in the lower lake in April. Was hoping it was something else.
About 15 years ago I was in the runout at tunica one day and thought I saw Asian carp jumping.............

I too fish Lake Guntersville a lot. One thing about it, if they ever do make it up here, they'll have plenty to eat! Hopefully, they won't make it in my lifetime! They're in Kentucky Lake, I guess Pickwick would be next? Any reports of AC's showing up there yet?
