State didn't turn them in. It was bama, Georgia, Mich and another 2 or 3 schools that got mad. They hacked Georgia off by taking that Olineman. The guy that WAS the president at Georgia last year is now working for the NCAA enforcement OUCH

You missed the point, any school who gets caught has no one to blae but themselves but for some reason when something happens bad to State you always blame the Bears, I wont be blaming anyone at all. Hell if State's whole team came down with the flu you blame it on the Bears!!!!!!!

I USED to would not have cared but after you get land blasted for sticking up for your school enough times, you get sick of it. Cant beat em so just join em huh??? Thats no excuse for acting like a butt just cause someone else does or maybe it does. The days of sportmanship are over and its a crying shame, doubt I will ever spend another penny on a college athletic event, its sad, very sad.
